 Masks

A man sits in the corner.
He wears an orange shirt.
Inside, he worries, his body is tense.
Yet, he smiles for the woman next to him.
Trying to reassure her without words.

A lady stands, her hair up in a bun.
She is tense and worried, but doesn't bother hiding it.
No one is beside her,
She waits for someone to finish up,
Hoping for good news.

A father stands, holding his child in his arms.
They too, are waiting for someone,
You can see the worry on his face,
Yet, he plays with the unaware child,
Keeping him in his young innocence.

Is everyone here really like that inside?
Or is it just a face we put on here?
